WHO WE ARE
GearedForProfit is not what most would consider a large company. In fact, there are exactly two of us. Ilene Graney and Bill Graney are a husband and wife team who happen to be equally happy working together or separately, depending on specific client needs and our individual availability.

The small size of our operation allows us to focus completely on doing exactly those things we do best, freed from the distractions typically imposed by corporate structure. Don't get us wrong – we both have long and illustrious histories working for corporations large and small, and still navigate the corporate waters almost daily. We just find we're both far more objective and effective (not to mention happier) working as high-level free agents.

Also worth noting: along the way, we've crossed paths with a lot of very talented people whose skill sets complement  our own. In the event that we identify a need for some specialized person not currently on your payroll, we'll be happy to introduce you to a proven winner.
